Department - Limitation of jurisdiction

The State Department of Transportation shall have no
responsibility or authority in any transportation matters under the
jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The Department
shall not have jurisdiction of any matter now within or under the
jurisdiction of any town, city, county or any regional authority,
transportation authority, port authority or airport authority
heretofore created by any town, city or county or combination
thereof.
