Loan of machinery and equipment to municipalities

The board of county commissioners may, upon such terms and
conditions as it deems advisable, loan the county road machinery,
tractors and equipment to municipalities located within the county
for the purpose of permitting the use thereof in the building,
grading and maintaining of streets, alleys and roads within such
municipalities.
