Expenses
Official statutory text
The Transportation Commission shall pay the expenses incurred
under Sections 704 and 705 of this title out of the State Highway
Construction and Maintenance Fund upon proper vouchers. Provided,
that any funds so expended shall be matched by the United States
Government, and the total expenditures of state funds shall not
exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) in any fiscal
year.
