Road tests or highway research projects
Official statutory text
The Department, acting alone or in cooperation with any federal,
state or local agency, or any other state, or combination of such
states and agencies, may conduct or participate in road tests or
highway research projects; and may assign personnel to such tests
and projects, and may expend therefor monies in the State Highway
Maintenance and Construction Fund, regardless of whether such tests
or research are conducted within or without the State of Oklahoma.
