In-service training for test administrator - Report

A. The Department shall provide in-service training for local
school personnel who administer tests required by the Oklahoma
School Testing Program Act, Section 1210.505 et seq. of this title.
B. The Board shall require the company or companies providing
tests required bythe Oklahoma School Testing Program Act, Section
1210.505 et seq. of this title, to submit summary reports of the
results by school district to the Department and the respective
local school district. Individualized results of the test shall be
made available by the local school district to the classroom
teachers who instruct the students in the academic areas tested. In
every year, prior to the convening of the Legislature, the Board
shall give a summary report on the testing results to the Governor,
the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro
Tempore of the Senate.
