Official statutory text
Every school district, school, administrator, teacher, and
student of the public school system in this state may choose to
participate in scientifically based research designed for the
purpose of improving academic achievement in accordance with all
relevant state and federal laws.
The State Board of Education shall adopt rules necessary to
implement the provisions of this section.
