Administration of federal funds

Official statutory text

The State Board, acting as the designated state agency for the

federal Vocational Education Act of 1963, as amended, shall contract

with the State Regents for the administration of that portion of

federal funds received for allotment and expenditure for

supplemental funding of postsecondary technical and occupational

education programs approved by the State Regents.
