institutions - Determination.
If it is determined that Title X - Part B of the Federal Aid Law
known as P.L. 92-318 is principally for occupational education
offered at non-postsecondary institutions, it shall then become the
responsibility of the State Board to function as the state agency
for administering federal funds as described in Section 17 and a
reverse arrangement of the contractural agreements referred to
therein shall prevail.
