Oklahoma State University.
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education are hereby
authorized to establish an educational program of study in the field
of Secondary Education Administration at Northeastern Oklahoma State
University and to grant the University the authority to confer
administrators' and superintendents' certificates in the field of
secondary education to successful candidates.
