Continuous school program
Official statutory text
All public school districts of any type or class are authorized
to establish, maintain and operate their educational program under a
continuous school program, to be conducted throughout the entire
year.
The board of education of any school district may, after
notification to the State Superintendent of Public Instruction,
establish and operate in one or more of the schools within the
district, or in all schools within the district, a continuous school
program pursuant to the provisions of this act.
