Enforcement of act and contracts pursuant thereto

State institutions of higher education, purchasers and qualified
beneficiaries may enforce the Oklahoma Tuition Trust Act and any
contract entered into pursuant to the Oklahoma Tuition Trust Act in
the district court for Oklahoma County.
