The State Auditor and Inspector, Treasurer, Commissioners of the
Land Office, and all other officers of the state, are hereby
directed and required to use the term "Section Thirteen Fund State
Educational Institutions" upon all their records as the proper name
for designating the fund created by virtue of the Enabling Act and
the Constitution.
