Allocation of funds

Funds appropriated to carry out the provisions of this act shall

be allocated so that no less than forty percent (40%) of all

participating residents and interns in each school year must

participate in a rural program outside the Oklahoma City and Tulsa

metropolitan areas. The Health Care Workforce Training Commission,

in accordance with primary care specialty accreditation standards,

shall promulgate and adopt rules designating the time allocation

spent by the residents and interns participating in this program

outside the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metropolitan areas.
