SECRETARY OF STATE; AUTHORITY; PROCEDURE.

A. The Administrative Procedures Act applies to the Revised

Uniform Athlete Agents Act. The Secretary of State may adopt rules

under the Administrative Procedures Act to implement the Revised

Uniform Athlete Agents Act.

B. By acting as an athlete agent in this state, a nonresident

individual appoints the Secretary of State as the individual's agent

for service of process in any civil action in this state related to

the individual acting as an athlete agent in this state.

C. The Secretary of State may issue a subpoena for material

that is relevant to the administration of the Revised Uniform

Athlete Agents Act pursuant to Section 315 of Title 75 of the

Oklahoma Statutes.
