Copies of information to be filed with certain regulatory

If the offeror or the target company is a banking corporation
subject to regulation by the Banking Department, a building and loan
association subject to regulation by the Building and Loan Board, or
a public utility corporation subject to regulation by the
Corporation Commission, the Administrator shall forthwith, upon
receipt of the filing required under this act, furnish a copy of
such filing to the regulatory body having jurisdiction over the
offeror or target company.
If the offeror or the target company is a banking corporation
