Requirements for administrative personnel

Official statutory text

No funds shall be expended for the employment or salary of any

administrative personnel not under the provisions of the State Merit

System of Personnel Administration, at any facility under the direct

supervision and jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Veterans Commission,

unless honorably discharged veterans were given priority

consideration.
