Muskogee and Tulsa Claims Offices - Managers and
Official statutory text
assistant managers.
The Director of the Department of Veterans Affairs is authorized
to employ a manager and an assistant manager for the Muskogee Claims
Office and for the Tulsa Claims Office whose positions shall be
unclassified and exempt from the rules and procedures of the Merit
System of Personnel Administration, except leave regulations.
Personnel employed in these classifications at the time of the
passage and approval of this act may elect to remain in the
classified service and be subject to the merit system rules and
regulations.
