Travel by rented automobile

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 74. State Government Page 468

A. Reimbursement for automobiles rented within this state from

car rental agencies or private parties, to be used in lieu of a

privately owned vehicle on official business for the state, shall

not exceed the rate provided for the use of a privately owned

automobile.

B. The actual cost of renting an automobile outside of this

state to be used on official business for the state shall be

reimbursed subject to the approval of the agency head or authorized

designee.
