Expenditure of funds

Official statutory text

No funds received by the State Treasury dedicated to broadband

through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021, Public

Law 117-58, by earlier federal legislation, by state appropriation,

or any subsequent federal funding dedicated to broadband shall be

expended by the state, except as authorized by the Oklahoma

Broadband Office.
