Oklahoma Statutes - Title 75. Statutes and Reports Page 49

A. Upon the request of the Secretary, the Office of the

Attorney General shall provide such legal assistance to the Office

as is necessary to implement the provisions of Article I of the

Administrative Procedures Act.

B. The Attorney General shall prepare and provide for the

publication and distribution to the agencies, a pamphlet or

information sheet as to the procedures required by the

Administrative Procedures Act for the adoption, review, and

promulgation of rules.
