Official statutory text
Any person who wilfully violates any provision of this act shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not
less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars

($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not
exceeding six (6) months, or both such fine and imprisonment for
each offense.
