Use of water for other purposes

Official statutory text

Any appropriator of water including but not limited to one who

uses water for irrigation, may use the same for other than the

purposes for which it was appropriated, or may change the place of

diversion, storage or use, in the manner and under the conditions

prescribed for the transfer of the right to use water for irrigation

purposes in Section 105.22 of this title.
