Execution of certificates and contracts - Audits

A. The Chairman and secretary, acting in behalf of the
Commission, shall execute all investment certificates issued by the
Commission and all contracts awarded by the Commission after
approval of the form thereof by the Commission and the Attorney
General.
B. All invoices, bills and claims of whatever nature shall be
subject to audit under provisions of the preaudit law and other laws
relating to the disbursement of public funds.
