Intended use plan - Annual report

Official statutory text

A. The Board shall prepare an annual intended use plan and

shall submit such plan to the United States Environmental Protection

Agency. The plan shall contain all information required by Section

606(c) of the federal Water Quality Act of 1987 and may contain such

other information as the Board may determine. An opportunity for

public review of and comment on the plan before submittal shall be

provided.

B. The Board shall prepare an annual report and shall submit

such report to the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

The annual report shall contain all information required by Section

606(d) of the federal Water Quality Act of 1987 and may contain such

other information as required by the Capitalization Grant Agreement.
