Appeals of orders issued by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board
pursuant to this act, except emergency orders issued under
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 82. Waters and Water Rights Page 40
subsection B of Section 10 of this act, shall be taken pursuant to
Article II of the Administrative Procedures Act, Sections 205 et
seq. and 301 et seq. of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
