Annexation of additional territory

Additional territory may be annexed to and embraced by a
district established and operating under this act by the addition of
new public agencies as members of the interlocal agreement, and
appropriate amendment and, without further review by any agency or
office, filing as required by Section 1005 of Title 74 of the
Oklahoma Statutes.
