Fees

Official statutory text

A. Each carrier writing compensation insurance in this state

shall pay to the Workers' Compensation Commission an annual fee of

One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

B. Each self-insurer shall pay to the Commission an annual

application fee of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

C. Each third-party administrator and marketing firm shall pay

to the Commission an annual application fee of One Thousand Dollars

($1,000.00).

D. Fees required pursuant to this section shall be deposited to

the credit of the Workers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund.
