Official statutory text
The Legislative Reference Bureau shall replace references to the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency with references to the Office of the State Fire Commissioner in 4 Pa. Code Ch. 113 (relating to volunteer fire company, ambulance service and rescue squad assistance). Explanatory Note. Act 129 amended sections 7363, 7364, 7365, 7366 and 7376 of Title 35. 2019, JULY 2, P.L.359, NO.54
