Washington Crossing Historic Park.

Official statutory text

(a) Transfers.--All of the powers, duties, functions, funds, assets, books, records and any other documents and real and personal property of the commission dedicated or associated with the operation and management of Washington Crossing are transferred to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.

(b) Operations.--The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall operate Washington Crossing Historic Park. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall manage

the visitor center and adjoining buildings of Washington Crossing Historic Park. (Nov. 3, 2022, P.L.1763, No.116, eff. imd.) 2022 Amendment. Act 116 added section 704.1. Section 3 of Act 116 provided that the addition of subsec. (b) shall be retroactive to June 28, 2019.
