Legislative intent.
Official statutory text
Except as otherwise provided, this act is intended to provide a complete and exclusive procedure to govern the procurement by Commonwealth agencies of supplies, services and construction, including the disposal of surplus supplies. Explanatory Note. Act 57 added Parts I and II of Title 62.
