Record of certain actions.

Official statutory text

The purchasing agency shall maintain a record listing all contracts made under sections 514 (relating to small procurements), 515 (relating to sole source procurement) and 516 (relating to emergency procurement) for a minimum of three

years from the date of final payment under the contract. The record shall contain:

(1) Each contractor's name.

(2) The amount and type of each contract.

(3) A listing of the supplies, services or construction procured under each contract.
