Notice of change of name or address.

Official statutory text

Any person whose address is changed from the address named in the application for registration or on the registration card or whose name is changed shall, within 15 days, notify the department in writing of the old and new address, or of such former and new names, and of the title or registration number of every vehicle registered in the person's name. (June 30, 1990, P.L.266, No.63, eff. 60 days)
