§ 3-7-7.2. Manufacturer€™s brewpub license €” Class B-M.

Official statutory text

(a) A manufacturer€™s brewpub Class B-M license shall be issued only to a holder of a manufacturer€™s license as described in § 3-6-1. The license shall not authorize the retail sale of beverages from any location other than at the location stated in the manufacturer€™s license for the manufacture of beverages.

(b) The license shall not authorize the retail sale of beverages from any location other than as provided in § 3-6-1.2.

(c) The holder of a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this section shall not be otherwise barred from application for a Class B license, where permitted by local licensing authorities.
