§ 5-38-31. Reimbursement fee.

The director of the department of business regulation may assess an automobile body shop for reimbursement of the departments actual expenses for the investigation and hearing of significant auto body shop matters. An assessment may be sought in the event that an automobile body shop does not prevail after a final judicial appeal.
