SECTION 14-1-218. Allocation of deposits pursuant to Sections 14-1-206(C)(6), 14-1-207(C)(5) and 14-1-208(C)(5).
Official statutory text
From the deposits made pursuant to Section 14-1-206(C)(6), Section 14-1-207(C)(5), and Section 14-1-208(C)(5), three million two hundred thousand dollars shall be allocated to the following agencies for support of the programs specified: (1) five hundred thousand dollars to the Department of Juvenile Justice for the Juvenile Arbitration Program; (2) four hundred fifty thousand dollars to the Department of Juvenile Justice for the Marine Institutes; (3) five hundred thousand dollars to the Department of Juvenile Justice for the regional status offender programs; and (4) one million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars to the Office of Indigent Defense.
