SECTION 16-3-1660. Grounds for dismissal.

A victim's exercise of rights granted by this article is not grounds for dismissing a criminal proceeding or setting aside a conviction or sentence. Effect of Amendment 2017 Act No. 96, Pt. II, SECTION 7, reenacted the section with no apparent change.
