SECTION 40-2-330. Severability.

Official statutory text

If a provision of this chapter or the application of a provision of this chapter to a person or entity or in any circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of the provision to others or in other circumstances must not be affected thereby. Effect of Amendment 2022 Act No. 174, SECTION 1, reenacted the section with no apparent change.
