SECTION 5-1-80. Incorporation fees.

Before delivery of a certificate of incorporation, the Secretary of State shall require the production of a receipt from the State Treasurer for the payment of the following incorporation fees for municipalities with a population: (1) of one thousand or less, one hundred dollars; (2) between one thousand and five thousand, three hundred dollars; (3) over five thousand, six hundred dollars. Effect of Amendment The 2005 amendment made nonsubstantive language and format changes.
