Application for title

Sections 32-3A-20 to 32-3A-32 , inclusive, apply to large boats which are purchased or acquired by residents of this state on and after March 1, 1992. The provisions of § 32-3A-3 apply to large boats. Any resident of this state who purchases or acquires a large boat shall apply to the county treasurer of such person's residence for a certificate of title for the large boat.
