Articles of incorporation--Required provisions
Official statutory text
The articles of incorporation shall set forth:
(1) A corporate name for the corporation that satisfies the requirements of §§ 47-1A-401 to 47-1A-401.3 , inclusive;
(2) The number of shares the corporation is authorized to issue;
(3) The street address of its principal office;
(4) The information required by § 59-11-6 ; and
(5) The name and address of each incorporator.
