§ 13.033. SALE OF MILK OR CREAM IN NONSTANDARD CONTAINER.

A person violates this chapter if the person sells or keeps, offers, or exposes for sale milk or cream in bottles or other containers of a capacity other than one of the standard liquid measures provided for by Section 13.024.
