§ 13.112. TESTS FOR STATE INSTITUTIONS.
Official statutory text
As requested by the comptroller or the governing body of a state institution, the department shall test each weighing or measuring device used by a state institution for any purpose, including a weighing or measuring device used in checking the receipt and distribution of supplies. The department shall report results of the test to the chairman of the governing body of the institution.
