§ 13.462. LICENSE RENEWAL.
Official statutory text
A person licensed under this subchapter must periodically renew the person's license. The license expires unless the license holder submits an application for renewal accompanied by the renewal fee set by the department or by the late fee set by the department and meets the requirements for renewal.
