§ 201.020. RECORDS; HEARINGS; RULES.
Official statutory text
(a) The state board shall keep a complete record of all of its official actions, may hold public hearings at times and places in this state as determined by the board, and may adopt rules as necessary for the performance of its functions under this chapter.
(b) The state board shall develop and implement policies which will provide the public with a reasonable opportunity to appear before the board and to speak on any issue under the jurisdiction of the board.
