§ 301.109. SCOPE OF PERMIT.

A separate permit is required for each operation. If an operation is to be conducted under contract, a permit is required for each separate contract. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation may not issue a permit for a contracted operation unless it covers a continuous period not to exceed four years.
