§ 46.011. CRITERIA FOR ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

The department shall by rule establish criteria for allocation of funds to participant projects. Rules adopted under this section must include:
(1) the factors to be considered in evaluating projects; and
(2) a maximum funding amount for each project.
