§ 58.0171. REVIEW OF DEPARTMENT PLANS AND BUDGET REQUEST.

The department shall provide the board with sufficient opportunity to review and comment on the finance program-related portions of the department strategic plan and the department biennial appropriation request, and any revision of a finance program-related portion of the plan or request, before submission to the legislature.
