§ 60.055. TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT; NAVIGATION DISTRICTS.

Official statutory text

(a) The district may encourage the transportation and distribution of the district's agricultural products through the development and operation of transportation structures necessary to further the purposes of this chapter, including railroads, toll roads, and private roads.

(b) The district may cooperate and contract with any navigation district on any area of mutual interest.
