§ 22.10. OPENING CONTAINERS PROHIBITED.
Official statutory text
Except as authorized under Section 14.07, 22.18, or 37.01(d), a person may not break or open a container containing liquor or a malt beverage or possess an opened container of liquor or a malt beverage on the premises of a package store.
