§ 7817. MAY RENEW PETITION.

Official statutory text

The order dismissing said petition or any appeal therefrom shall not prevent the presentation at any subsequent time of a similar petition with changed boundaries, but the presentation of a similar petition with identical boundaries shall not be permitted until the expiration of six months after such dismissal.
